Mako Capital was founded on a simple frustration our founder, Dr. Marcos Medeiros, saw play out for years: clients were asked to commit capital before anyone took the time to help them understand their options. We were built to reverse that order. The first step here is a conversation, not a term sheet.
Who we work with
Most of the people we help are owners, operators, developers, and investors weighing a real decision: how to finance a project, whether to raise capital or sell, how to manage capital responsibly, or simply whether a deal makes sense at all. They tend to value judgment and clear explanation over a fast quote — and they want the same senior team from the first call through to the close.
